Every so often you run across something that is so ridiculous that you can’t even believe one, that anyone produced it and put it up without giving it a second thought or that two, it is still in use.
The folks at Spam Arrest need to walk over and have a chat with their marketing communications people. I understand the need to make sure the spammers aren’t spamming the anti-spam company, but this one shows there is a serious lack of supervision here.![]()
The highlighted area says, “If you can’t see the word, click here to listen to it.” I know full well what they meant to produce, but what we have here is just plain silly. And how would you know enough to click listen if you couldn’t see the word to type in the code … like if you were blind I mean?

Since you can see you obviously don’t have any idea who the blind surf the web, they use text to speech programs that read the page to them, since the program can’t read the captcha word, the software reads “If you cannot see the word. Click Here to listen to it”.
